Welcome to Uppercut Academy — a creative learning experience designed inside a real agency environment. By enrolling, registering, or interacting with Uppercut Academy, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before participating in any of our programs.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our training, joining a batch, or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with any policies or guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not participate in the programs offered by Uppercut Academy.

Eligibility

Uppercut Academy programs are designed for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Enrollment & Participation

To join our program, you may be required to:

• Submit accurate personal and contact details

• Choose a preferred batch (weekday/weekend)

• Complete payment as per the fee structure

• Agree to respect the studio code of conduct and schedules

Uppercut Academy reserves the right to deny enrollment or discontinue participation for non-compliance or misconduct.

Code of Conduct

We operate like a real agency, and expect participants to uphold professional behavior, including:

• Respecting mentors, peers, and the creative space

• Maintaining punctuality and attendance

• Using tools, facilities, and resources responsibly

• Avoiding plagiarism or misuse of project briefs

Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, branding assets, recorded sessions, and client briefs are the property of Uppercut Academy or our agency collaborators. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

Projects created as part of your portfolio may be showcased with appropriate credits. Uppercut Academy reserves the right to feature student work (with consent) for educational and promotional purposes.

Payments & Refunds

Enrollment is confirmed only upon full or partial payment, as per the terms shared at the time of admission.

• All fees must be paid on or before the agreed date

• Payments are non-refundable except under specific conditions (batch cancellation, unforeseen medical emergencies)

• Late payments may result in withdrawal from the program

Certification & Portfolio Access

Upon successful completion of the 26-week program, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion and personalized portfolio review. Uppercut Academy does not guarantee job placement but offers structured guidance and mentorship for career preparation.

Health & Safety

All students are expected to maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful studio environment. Any violation of conduct or harassment policy will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Changes to Program or Terms

Uppercut Academy reserves the right to make changes to program structure, schedule, mentors, or terms without prior notice. Any major changes will be communicated in advance.
